Our egg carton making machine combines advanced systems including pulping, forming, drying, stacking, vacuum, high-pressure water and air compression. The line is designed to produce egg boxes with a capacity ranging from 10 to 18 units.
Firstly, we efficiently convert newspapers, cartons, office paper and other waste paper into usable pulp. Secondly, we vacuum form the pulp into wet blanks on metal molds. Finally, these blanks are dried, hot pressed and stacked to form the final product.
The core of our production system includes a rotary forming machine, a six-layer drying line, a conveyor belt, an automatic hot press and a stacker. Our system is known for its online automatic hot pressing function, which provides a high degree of automation and significantly reduces labor costs.
