The automatic rotary egg tray making machine includes a pulping system, forming system, drying system, stacking system, vacuum system, high-pressure water system and air compressor system. It produces egg trays, fruit trays, and similar products.

Using waste paper like newspapers, cartons, office paper and other scraps, the system prepares a slurry through hydraulic crushing, filtration and water injection. This slurry is then vacuum-formed into a wet billet on a special metal mold by the forming machine, dried on a drying line and finally stacked.

The main system consists of a rotary forming machine, a six-layer drying line and a stacking machine. This production line features high capacity and automation, reducing labor costs. It has fewer rotary drops, lower mold investment and a highly efficient multi-layer drying line, saving natural gas.
