The main process of the fully automated Industrial Packaging Making Machine is as follows:

1. Raw Material Preparation:

The main raw materials are waste cartons, cardboard, or commodity pulp boards.

2. Pulping System:

Hydraulic Pulper Disintegration: Waste cartons, cardboard, or commodity pulp boards are placed into the hydraulic pulper, where they are disintegrated into pulp through hydraulic action.
Vibrating Frame Screen Impurity Removal: The pulp is passed through a vibrating frame screen to remove impurities.
Refiner Pulping: The pulp is further refined to improve uniformity and quality.

3. Pulp Preparation:

According to the product performance requirements, fillers, pigments, and functional additives such as waterproof and oil-proof agents are added to the treated pulp, preparing it to meet the required product quality standards.

4. Forming System:

Reciprocating Forming Machine: The prepared pulp is conveyed to the reciprocating forming machine, where it is molded by pulp suction and compression between the upper and lower molds to form wet paper mold blanks.

5. Transfer System:

Transfer Robot Arm: The transfer mold on the transfer robot arm picks up the wet paper mold blanks and transfers them to the conveyor belt of the drying production line.

6. Drying System:

Hot Air Drying: The wet paper mold blanks are dried by hot air on the conveyor belt, resulting in dry paper mold products.

7. Hot Press Shaping System:

Hot Press Shaping Machine: The dried paper mold products are sent to the hot press shaping machine to achieve the final shape and size requirements.

8. Stacking and Packaging:

The shaped paper mold products are stacked and packaged, becoming the final products.

9. Finished Products:

The final products include various industrial product inner packaging paper mold products such as cushions for electronic products, household appliances, computer products, and fragile items.
