Molded Fiber Tableware Machine is highly automated, composed of multiple fully automatic machines. It starts with raw materials like sugarcane, bamboo, wood, reed or straw pulp. These are crushed and ground, mixed with chemicals to create a pulp slurry of precise consistency.

The slurry is pumped to the molding machines, where vacuum suction evenly spreads the pulp onto special molds, forming wet pulp blanks. These blanks are then moved to the drying and shaping stations to be dried and shaped.

Once dried, transfer robots take the tableware to the edge trimmer for cutting. Stacking robots then neatly pile them up. The products are disinfected and packaged. Optional steps like lamination and printing can be added for enhanced quality and appearance.
